The Cromwell Property Fund (CPF)
is an open-ended, unlisted property fund which aims to deliver to investors stable, tax effective, monthly distributions sourced from a diverse portfolio of quality property assets.

A Product Disclosure Statement (“PDS”) for the fund is available above. Any investor wishing to acquire units in the CPF will need to complete the application form contained in the PDS.

The new Fund has retained many of the features that attracted investors to our previous funds, with the addition of some features which have been added in response to investor feedback.

The acquisition strategy for the CPF will be consistent with Cromwell’s philosophy of acquiring properties that produce a stable income and the potential for capital growth.
